1) How much time it takes for you to process my order? 

A: We will try our best to process your order as soon as possible(maximum of 3 business day) for in-stock products. 

2) Do you take payment through bank transfer?

A: As of now, we are only accept bank transfer payment for Vietnamese customers. If you are a vietnamese customer, and you would like to go through this as your payment. Then please let us know! 

3) My order arrived damaged, lost, or defective. What is your policy regarding this?

A: Please contact us, we will try our best to help you.
